1.     Haden has two ribbons.  The blue ribbon is 58 cm.  The green ribbon is 38 cm longer than the blue ribbon. 

a      a) How long is the green ribbon?

   b) Haden uses 67 cm of green ribbon to wrap a present.  How much green ribbon is left?

• science: Finish answering thought question for the achieve 3000 article "Where Have You Been Lizard?" On Loose-leaf.

b) Sara can type 40 words in a minute. In how many minutes can she type 480 words?

• math: complete circular protractor from class by dividing the circle B into 30 degree angles. 

 1.   Make a list of the measures of the benchmark angles you drew, starting with Set A. Round each angle measure to the nearest 5.  Both sets have been started for you.

•  Set A:  45, 90,
• Set B:  30, 60,

       2. Circle any angle measures that appear on both lists.  What do you notice about them?
