a) Mrs. Jones collects 24 eggs from her chickens in the morning. Mr. Jones collects 6 more eggs in the evening. They used 8 eggs for dinner. How many eggs are left?
b) Seventy-nine people attended the concert. Six people had to leave at the break. How many people were still at the concert after the break?
